Michael Yu is an attorney at SWEENEY APC, representing automotive manufacturer-distributors in breach of warranty claims brought under the Song-Beverly and Magnusson Moss Consumer Warranty Acts, as well as other consumer protection statutes. Michael brings a unique perspective to defending his clients, as he previously represented individual plaintiffs in the same consumer field.
Michael received his bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from University of California, Berkeley, and his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego.
He likes to relax by throwing his brain into puzzles, from board games and Sudoku to escape rooms, and practicing martial arts.
