Jane Chung is an attorney at SWEENEY APC who represents clients in
breach of warranty cases
arising under the California Song-Beverly and Magnuson Moss Consumer Warranty Acts. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. and earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chung defended indigent defendants accused of misdemeanor and felony offenses ranging from DUIs, assault, property crimes, and robberies as a criminal defense attorney at the Fresno County Public Defender’s Office. She also represented the Department of Social Services in dependency proceedings while serving as a Deputy County Counsel. Ms. Chung is licensed to practice law in the state of California.
